Women's and Men's Health
Mission
To provide affordable,
confidential, quality reproductive health services that respect,
empower and educate individuals, families, and communities.
Custer County Family Planning offers most of our services on a walk in
basis during regular office hours.

About Us
Family Planning services are
provided through a combination of Federal Title X (ten) funding, and
State funding including the Maternal and Child Health Block Grant and
the Preventive Services Block Grant. Over the past 36 years, the
Women's and Men's Health Section has been dedicated to helping
Montanans plan healthy families and avoid unintended pregnancies.
What
does Title X provide?
The State of Montana began
receiving Title X funding from the Office of Population Affairs in
1970. Title X provides family planning services to all
individuals with a focus on those low-income and uninsured
individuals. Montana ensures access to high-quality health care
services including:

Fees
Family planning clinics
have many payment choices. You may use:
- A fee based on your income (known as a sliding
fee scale)
If you would like to
use the sliding fee scale, clinic staff will ask you for information
about your family income when you check-in.
If you would like to
use Medicaid, these is no need to call or get a referral from your
primary care provider. There are no co-payments for family
planning. Please remember to bring your card with you to your
appointment.
Like many other
healthcare providers, our clinics accept most insurance plans.
Please remember to bring your card with you to your appointment.
You may choose to pay for your services
in full. Credit card payments are available in most locations.
Title X funds are
dispersed across 14 delegate agencies and 13 satellite sites, which
provide family planning in 27 locations and serve all 56 counties in
Montana.
